Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Place your order before 16.00 (Amsterdam/Europe time) and your order will be shipped out the same day.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We reserve delays due to force majeure, such as peak traffic during holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as problems with our carriers due to, for example, pandemics or otherwise.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands with DPD or PostNL. If you choose DHL Express as your shipping method, the shipping costs will not be credited in the event of a return.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Sittard. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 13:30 - 17:30 on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

European Union Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping to countries within the European Union.

Economy (DPD or PostNL) | 2-3 business days: €10
Express (DHL Express) | next business day: €15
Free shipping on any order above €500

If you upgrade the shipping method in the form of the faster express shipping, we will only credit the cost of the standard shipping method.

Example: Standard Shipping via DPD to Germany costs €10.
If you wish to use Express Shipping, which costs €15, we will credit you €10 and not €15 on a return.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through our logistics partner DHL Express.

In light of current events, deliveries to Ukraine and Russia have been temporarily suspended and therefore we are not currently accepting orders from Ukraine and Russia. Our thoughts go out to the brave people of Ukraine and all those suffering from this senseless war, and those in Russia who oppose this brutal act.

Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LABELS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@labelsfashion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Rejected Parcel

If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two way shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €50 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • our return policy lasts 14 days
  • we will issue a full refund, including the shipping costs you paid to ship your order to your destination
  • regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items (60% discount or higher) cannot be refunded

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@labelsfashion.com with your order number and detailed photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
