Order Processing
- We process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- We will notify you once we ship your order.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen events including peak holiday traffic, force majeure, or carrier challenges.

In-Store Pickup
- Skip shipping fees with complimentary local pickup at our Sittard store.
- We prepare orders for local pickup the same day.
- Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 17:30.
- Bring your order confirmation email when you collect your order.
VAT and Customs
- We exempt orders delivered outside the EU from VAT.
- We automatically deduct VAT during checkout for eligible destinations.
- We deliver under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms for shipments outside the EU.
- Under DAP, we deliver the goods to your destination, but you pay any local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance charges.
Order Tracking
- We send you an email with tracking information after shipping your order.
- Allow 48 hours for tracking details to update.
- Contact customercare@labelsfashion.com if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days after shipment.
First-Time Orders
- For security reasons, we may ship first-time orders only to the cardholder's verified billing or work address.
- Provide accurate billing and shipping details to avoid delays.
Rejected Parcels
- If you refuse a parcel, we will charge you for:
- Two-way shipping costs
- Import duties related to the return
- €50 fee for packaging, handling, and restocking
- We deduct these charges from any refunds.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We currently do not ship to the Russian Federation.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Email customercare@labelsfashion.com if your parcel appears delayed or lost.
- File a formal complaint if:
- Your parcel is delayed by 3 weeks or more
- Tracking hasn't updated in 6 days
- For further inquiries, contact customercare@labelsfashion.com.
Environmental Commitment
- We package orders in recyclable, biodegradable boxes made of at least 90% recycled materials.
- We use water-based printing inks.
- Our tapes contain environmentally friendly adhesives.
Duties & Taxes
Duties & Taxes
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Non-EU customers are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to DHL Express, according to the process recommended by DHL Express.

Return Eligibility
- Our return window is 14 days from the delivery date.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period expires.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Unworn and free from odors (sweat, food, etc.)
- Still have the red security label attached (removing and reattaching is not permitted)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
- Final sale items (60% discount or higher)
Return Process
- Request a return authorization through your account at account.labelsfashion.com
- Wait for our approval and receipt of a return label
- Package your return properly (see Return Shipping Guidelines)

- Ensure we receive your return within 14 days of providing the return label
Refund Process
- We are known for our prompt handling of returns, ensuring your money returns to your account quickly.
- Under normal circumstances, we process returns the same day they reach us.
- We will notify you by email when we receive and inspect your return.
- We will inform you of your refund approval or rejection.
- For approved refunds, we credit your original payment method within 1-2 working days.
- We refund the full order amount including the shipping costs you paid for delivery.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We provide a prepaid return label, and deduct its cost from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after being notified of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company to verify processing status
- Contact your bank to check for pending refunds

Sale Items
- We accept returns on regular and sale-priced items.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items (60% discount or higher).
Exchanges
- We only replace defective or damaged items.
- For same-item exchanges, email customercare@labelsfashion.com for instructions.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We provide a prepaid return label, which we deduct from your refund.
- Package requirements:
- Products must be in original condition with security tags/seals attached
- Try on shoes only on carpeted surfaces
- Return shoes in their original, undamaged box (the box is part of the product)
- Place shoe boxes inside another sturdy box for protection
- Use the original shipping box or another solid carton
- For returns from outside the EU, clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges (LABELS is NOT responsible for any return customs charges)
