Delivery Times:

VAT: Automatically deducted at checkout for deliveries outside the EU.

Customs & Import Duties: For non-EU deliveries, you are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance charges.

In-Store Pickup: Available at our Sittard store Monday to Friday, 13:30-17:30.

Tracking: We send tracking information by email after shipping your order.

First-Time Orders: May be shipped only to the cardholder's verified billing or work address.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or the Russian Federation.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Non-EU customers are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to DHL Express, according to the process recommended by DHL Express.

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Red security label must remain attached
• No odors (sweat, food, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Gift cards
• Health and personal care items
• Final sale items (60% discount or higher)

Return Process:

• Request authorization through account.labelsfashion.com
• Use our prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund)
• Ship within 14 days of receiving the return label

Refund Process:

• We process most returns the same day they arrive
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 1-2 working days
• Full order amount refunded, including original shipping costs
• Cost of return label deducted from refund

Special Cases:

• We accept returns on regular and sale-priced items
• We only replace defective or damaged items
