1. Return Eligibility

  • Our return window is 14 days from the delivery date.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period expires.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging
    • Unworn and free from odors (sweat, food, etc.)
    • Have the red security label still attached (removing and reattaching is not permitted)

EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • The 14-day period begins the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receives the goods.
  • To exercise this right, request a return authorization through your account at account.labelsfashion.com.
  • You must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us.
  • We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns outside the EU

If you reside outside the EU, our 14-day return policy applies as a voluntary offer.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own expense.
  • This voluntary return policy does not affect your rights under local consumer laws.

Statutory rights vs return conditions
Your legal right of withdrawal applies independently of our voluntary return requirements.

  • You may inspect goods as you would in a physical store.
  • If used beyond that, we may deduct compensation for diminished value.
  • Conditions such as unused state and original packaging apply only to our voluntary return policy, not to your statutory rights under EU law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Final sale items (60% discount or higher)

3. Return Process

  1. Request a return authorization through your account at account.labelsfashion.com
  2. Wait for our approval and receipt of a return label
  3. Package your return properly (see Return Shipping Guidelines)
  4. Send your package to:

  5. Return the item immediately after receiving the return label
  6. Ensure we receive your return within 14 days of providing the return label

4. Refund Process

  • We aim to process returns promptly, often the same day they arrive.
  • You will be notified by email when we receive and inspect your return.
  • We will inform you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 1–2 working days.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund.
  • If applicable, we refund original delivery charges as part of the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If the issue persists, email us at customercare@labelsfashion.com

6. Sale Items

  • Returns are accepted for regular and sale-priced items.
  • Final sale items (60% discount or higher) are not eligible for return.

8. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Packaging Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition with security tags/seals attached
  • Shoes must be tried only on carpeted surfaces
  • Return shoes in their original, undamaged box
  • Place shoe boxes inside a sturdy external box
  • Use original or equivalent sturdy shipping boxes
  • For returns outside the EU, clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges (we are not responsible for return duties)
