2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through labelsfashion.com.
We sell exclusively to end consumers and reserve the right to refuse orders suspected to be for business or resale purposes.
By placing an order, you accept the Terms and Conditions in effect on the purchase date.
We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication.

3. Products and Authenticity

LABELS is an international retailer of authentic designer fashion. We guarantee the authenticity of every product.
Some items include proof of authenticity from the brand. Due to showroom handling, minor wear (e.g., shoe sole marks) may occur.
Colors may vary between screen images and physical products due to device display differences.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices in the EU include local VAT. Prices outside the EU exclude VAT and may incur local taxes or duties.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for handling import procedures and taxes.
All transactions are processed in euros.
Prices may change without notice.

5. Availability and Orders

Product offers are valid while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will cancel the order, issue a same-day refund, and may offer a courtesy discount.

6. Reselling Policy

Reselling LABELS products is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of resale or policy abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on labelsfashion.com is protected by intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Personal Data

We process personal data solely for order fulfillment in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Returns and Refunds

Unclaimed Deliveries and Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the customer receives the order or had the opportunity to take delivery. If a customer fails to collect their order (e.g., from a pickup point) and does not exercise their right of withdrawal within this period, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and deny a refund. This applies to unclaimed orders returned to us after the withdrawal period has expired.

10. Statutory Warranty for EU Customers

Under EU law, fashion products and accessories purchased from LABELS are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee. Goods must match the description, be free from manufacturing defects, and be fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty, you may request:

  • A free repair or replacement
  • Or, if unavailable or disproportionate, a partial refund or full return

This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please notify us promptly if you discover a defect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
For EU consumers, local mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Maastricht, Netherlands.
