How to return an item?

Return Process in 5 Simple Steps

1. Request Authorization

2. Receive Return Label

  • We will review your request and send you a prepaid return label by email
  • Note: We will deduct the cost of this label from your refund

3. Package Your Return

  • Place item(s) in original condition with all tags attached
  • Use the original shipping box or another sturdy carton
  • For shoes: Place the original, undamaged shoe box inside another box
  • Clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" (especially important for international returns)

4. Ship Your Return

  • Send your package to:

  • Ship your return immediately after receiving the return label

5. Return Timeline

  • We must receive your return within 14 days from when we provide the return label
  • We typically process returns the same day they reach us
  • We will email you when we receive and process your return

Important Reminders

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For international returns, marking "RETURNED GOODS" helps avoid customs charges
  • LABELS is not responsible for any return customs charges
  • Your refund will include your original shipping costs, minus the cost of the return label
