In-store Pickup
  • Skip the shipping fees with complimentary local pickup at our Sittard store. Orders placed with local pickup option will be ready for collection the same day
  • Pickup hours: 13:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
  • Bring your order confirmation email upon arrival.

Taxes and Duties
Orders might incur import duties and taxes when delivered to countries outside the EU. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Order Status
After shipping, we'll send an email with a tracking number. Allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days post-shipment, email

First-Time Order Policy
For security, first-time orders might be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing or work address. Ensure accurate billing and shipping details to avoid delays.

Rejected Parcel
If a parcel is refused, customers will be charged for two-way shipping, import duties related to the return, and a €50 fee for packaging, handling, and restocking. This total will be deducted from any refunds.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original state. We'll refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs
  • Damaged orders should be reported immediately with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We'll address such issues on a case-by-case basis.

Environmental Responsibility
We're committed to the environment. Orders are packaged in recyclable, bio-degradable boxes made of at least 90% recycled materials. Our printing inks are water-based, and our tapes use environmentally friendly glue.

Duty & Customs
For shipments outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, and we have no control over them. We advise contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

After dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Lost/Delayed Parcels
If your parcel seems delayed or lost, email Formal complaints can be filed if a parcel is delayed by 3 weeks or if tracking hasn't updated in 6 days.
