Order Processing: We process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Free Shipping Thresholds:
- Netherlands: Orders over €300
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: Orders over €300
- European Union: Orders over €350
- United Kingdom: Orders over £250
- USA: Orders over $550
- Australia: Orders over AUD 800
- Asia and Rest of World: Orders over €800
Delivery Times:
- DHL Express: 1-3 business days (varies by region)
- DHL Economy: 2-5 business days (varies by region)
VAT: Automatically deducted at checkout for deliveries outside the EU.
Customs & Import Duties: For non-EU deliveries, you are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance charges.
In-Store Pickup: Available at our Sittard store Monday to Friday, 13:30-17:30.
Tracking: We send tracking information by email after shipping your order.
First-Time Orders: May be shipped only to the cardholder's verified billing or work address.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or the Russian Federation.
