Return and Refund Policy Summary
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Red security label must remain attached
- No odors (sweat, food, etc.)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Final sale items (60% discount or higher)
Return Process:
- Request authorization through account.labelsfashion.com
- Use our prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund)
- Ship within 14 days of receiving the return label
Refund Process:
- We process most returns the same day they arrive
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 1-2 working days
- Full order amount refunded, including original shipping costs
- Cost of return label deducted from refund
Special Cases:
- We accept returns on regular and sale-priced items
- We only replace defective or damaged items

- For international returns, mark package "RETURNED GOODS"
