{"title":"A.F. Vandevorst","description":"A.F. Vandevorst is a distinguished Belgian luxury fashion brand founded in Antwerp by designers An Vandevorst and Filip Arickx in 1997. Renowned for its avant-garde women’s wear and exceptional artisanal craftsmanship, the label effortlessly interweaves masculine and feminine elements. Their creations draw inspiration from diverse sources such as equestrian gear, religious symbolism, and fetish aesthetics, resulting in a provocative yet refined aesthetic. After meeting at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in 1987, and with An Vandevorst having served as Dries Van Noten’s first assistant, the duo launched their Paris debut under the A.F. Vandevorst name. Celebrated for their Haute Couture presentations and innovative artistic collaborations—including unique installations and guerrilla stores—the brand’s legacy is safeguarded in prestigious collections like those of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Palais Galliera. Although the label closed following its Spring Summer 2020 collection, its profound impact on Belgian high fashion remains both influential and revered worldwide.","products":[{"product_id":"leather-iconic-boot-x010-black","title":"Leather Iconic Boot","description":"\u003cp\u003eA.F.
