We offer free shipping to the Netherlands with DPD or PostNL for any order above €100. If you choose DHL Express as your shipping method, the shipping costs will not be credited in the event of a return.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Sittard. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 13:30 - 17:30 on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you upgrade the shipping method in the form of the faster express shipping, we will only credit the cost of the standard shipping method.
Example: Standard Shipping via DPD to Germany costs €10.
If you wish to use Express Shipping, which costs €15, we will credit you €10 and not €15 on a return.
International ShippingWe offer international shipping through our logistics partner DHL Express.
In light of current events, deliveries to Ukraine and Russia have been temporarily suspended and therefore we are not currently accepting orders from Ukraine and Russia. Taxes and Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LABELS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
First-Time Order Policy
For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two way shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €50 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Non-EU customers are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to DHL Express, according to the process recommended by DHL Express.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will issue a full refund, including the shipping costs you paid to ship your order to your destination.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- gift cards
- some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We are known for our prompt way of handling returns, so the money is back in your account quickly. Under normal circumstances, returns are processed the same day they reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 1 or 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you further instructions.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the security tag and seal still attached. Try shoes on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Return shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is part of the product. Return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid box to not damage the original packaging.
Returning an item
To return an item to us, you must first request a return authorization.

Upon approval, you will receive a return label from us. You can then send the package to:

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
If returning an item from outside the European Union, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. LABELS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a prepaid return label from us. If you receive a refund, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
You should return the item to us immediately after receiving the return label. The item must be delivered back to us within 14 days from the time you receive the return label.
